Laeticia Manand

Laeticia Manand currently serves as the Head of HR for Svea Solar since November 2023, overseeing all HR-related topics for the Belgian operations. Prior to this role, Laeticia held the position of HR & Finance Director for a McDonald's franchise in Belgium from June 2022 to November 2023, managing HR administration for multiple restaurants. Experience also includes serving as HR Manager at Huvepharma nv from April 2020 to June 2022, where responsibilities included EU salary administration and payroll bookkeeping. Laeticia's career began at Diamcad from March 2009 to April 2020, handling finance and HR duties, and prior to that, worked at Bestseller as a Finance/HR Manager from July 2003 to February 2009. Laeticia's career commenced in accountancy at the Nationale Bank van België from 2002 to 2003. Laeticia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool, earned between 1999 and 2002.
