Simon Pihlblad

Simon Pihlblad has a robust background in leadership and operational excellence within the solar and construction industries. Currently serving as the Global Learning & Development Lead and Operational Excellence Lead at Svea Solar since March 2019, Simon has also held various managerial roles, including Deputy Manager and Team Leader in the installation department, as well as Team Leader for the central warehouse. Prior to joining Svea Solar, Simon worked as a Sales professional at HÖGSBO TRÄ AB and operated a construction consultancy through Pihlblads from 2008 to 2018. Simon's educational background includes a Diploma of Education in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Adding Value Consulting (AVC) AB, completed in October 2023, alongside earlier studies at Af Chapman from 2000 to 2003.
