Nina Johansson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nina has held various roles in different organizations, starting with their position as a Legal Adviser at the Swedish Tax Agency's legal department in 1999. Nina later worked as a Legal Adviser at the Green Party of Sweden's office at the Parliament, where they had the opportunity to influence government politics without holding a ministerial position. In 2001, Nina joined the Ombudsman against Ethnic Discrimination (DO) as a Legal Adviser, ensuring non-discrimination based on ethnic origin, religion, or belief in Swedish society. Nina then transitioned to working as a Legal Adviser at HTF (now Unionen) in 2003 and Sif (now Unionen) in 2004, two trade unions representing white-collar workers in various industries. During their time at these unions, they provided legal advice to members and played a role in the merger that formed Unionen. In 2007, Nina became a Policy Officer at UNI Europa, a trade union federation representing workers in sectors such as commerce, finance, telecom, and more. Nina focused on developing European employment and social policy, internal market legislation, competition policy, and corporate governance policy. From 2011 to 2012, Nina worked as a Policy Officer at UNI Europa Finance, specifically dealing with legislative and policy initiatives in the banking and insurance industries. In 2014, they served as a Litigation Officer at the Swedish Migration Board before transitioning to the role of HR Director at Kalix Kommun, where they led strategic HR work and managed a team of HR specialists. Currently, Nina holds the position of VP HR, and Customer Centre at Sveaskog, where they oversee the daily work of a team and handles tasks related to personnel data, pensions, and salary review processes. Throughout their career, Nina has demonstrated expertise in labor law, negotiations, and employee support, making their a valuable asset in any organization.

Nina Johansson's education history is as follows:

- From 1991 to 1996, they attended Lund University and obtained an LL.M. specialized in International Studies with a field of study in Law.

- In 1995, they also studied at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen and focused on European Union law.

- In 2013, they attended Roc Mondriaan in The Hague and completed a Dutch language program for non-native speakers, achieving a level A2-B1 proficiency.

- In addition to their formal degrees, they took several individual courses at Lund University in various subjects including Rättssociologi, Swedish and International Arbitration, American law, Sociologi, and Psykologi.

- In 2001, they completed a course on Arbetsrätt I at VJS, followed by Arbetsrätt II in 2002 and Arbetsrätt III in 2003.

- In 2014 and 2015, they participated in the Human Resources Management Program (HRMP) at Kompetenslaget.

- In 2018, they obtained a certification in the TalentQ Psychometric Assessment from TalentQ Nordic.
