Emma Flygare

Emma Flygare has a diverse work experience in communication and management roles. Emma started their career as an intern at Region Östergötland, where they worked on visualizing resource flows and mapping information needs for the Center for Medical Technology and IT. Emma then worked as an Insurance Adjuster at Folksam, handling personal injury claims.

Emma later joined Atea Sverige as a Project Manager for IT Management, collaborating with colleagues and clients on various projects such as risk analysis and system upgrades. Emma then transitioned to Knowit, where they held multiple roles including Marketing and Sales Assistant, Communications Manager, and Brand & Communications Specialist. In these positions, they focused on strengthening the company's brand through content creation, managing external and internal communications, and leading strategic initiatives.

Before their current role at Svedea as a Content Manager, Emma worked at Blocket as an Internal Communications Manager. Emma was responsible for managing internal communications, producing written content, and organizing information meetings.

Throughout their career, Emma has demonstrated a strong ability to coordinate and execute communications strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and create engaging content across various channels.

Emma Flygare has a strong educational background in the field of information systems and business administration. Emma obtained a Master of Science in Information Systems from Linköping University, where they focused on IT and Management, from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing, also at Linköping University, from 2010 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Emma has also obtained certifications in Optimizely CMS (formerly Episerver CMS). Emma completed the Advanced Editing certification from Episerver (now Optimizely) in January 2018 and the Basic Editing certification in September 2016.
