Mikael Svensson

Mikael Svensson has extensive experience in the commercial real estate market in southern Sweden, currently working as an authorized property appraiser at Svefa since September 2015, specializing in market value assessments for various property types. Mikael's academic background includes a Master’s thesis focused on the impact of rental level uncertainty in the implementation of market rents within the utility value system. In addition to this role, Mikael serves as an analyst at MERC Community since May 2022, and has previously completed a summer internship at Vasakronan, where involvement included investigating complex ownership structures. Additional experience includes internships at Lantmäteriet and PostNord Logistics, along with a position as a assembler at Electrolux Laundry Systems AB. Mikael holds a degree in Civil Engineering in Surveying and Property Economics from Lund University, as well as a technical diploma from Sunnerbogymnasiet.
