Stefan Timan

Since graduating in 1996, Stefan Timan has worked with qualified real estate issues at, among other things, Swedish real estate companies, foreign real estate funds, Swedish real estate development companies and real estate consulting companies.

He has both deep and broad expertise in most asset types within the real estate segment and has mainly worked with housing and building rights for the last 10 years. Stefan is also very experienced in the purchase and sale of land and building rights as well as all commercial aspects that arise and must be taken care of when selling or subdividing land between two commercial parties. In recent years, Stefan has participated in or supervised well over 100 real estate transactions.
