Rock Luo has over 12 years of work experience in roles such as Sales Director, Strategic Buyer, and Supplier Development Engineer. Rock worked at Svendborg Brakes as a Sales Director, responsible for managing sales activities. Prior to that, they worked at Agie Charmilles China as a Strategic Buyer, where they were responsible for purchasing casting and machining commodities, supplier search and negotiation, and sourcing strategy development. Rock also worked at Cooper Electric as a Supplier Development Engineer, where they reviewed technical documents, conducted industry surveys, and developed suppliers for mechanical and casting products.

Rock Luo earned a Master's degree in Mechanical Design/Manufacturing/Automation from HaEBin Institute Of Technology between 2002 and 2004.
