Mia Immonen

Mia Immonen possesses extensive experience in the energy and trading sectors, currently serving as a Market Designer and Developer at Svenska kraftnät since 2021, focusing on the development of balancing power markets. Prior to this role, Mia was a Trader and Sales Manager at CellMark, where the establishment of trading for Flexible Packaging paper products in Latin America was achieved. Additionally, Mia worked as a Wheat Trader and Commodity Trader at Cargill, handling physical wheat trading and logistics in the Americas. Earlier experience includes a significant tenure as a Senior Power Trader at E.ON Global Commodities SE, covering various European markets, and as an IT Consultant at EMC. Mia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Stockholm University and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
