Petra Schedin Stergel is an experienced HR executive and organizational leader currently serving as General Secretary and CEO of Sveriges HR Förening since April 2024, and as a Board Member for Dirac Research Denmark Aps and S:t Martins Förening since January 2023 and February 2018, respectively. Previously, Petra was Chief Human Resources Officer at Dirac from May 2022 to April 2024, and Interim HR Chef at Stiftelsen Nordiska museet from March 2021 to May 2022. Additionally, roles at Cramo Group and PwC Sweden involved strategic HR functions and leadership development. Early career experience includes managing HR at Komrev AB and leading environmental projects for Uppsala Kommun. Petra holds an education from Uppsala University and Rudbeckianska skolan.

The Swedish Association of Human Resources Management is a member association embracing all aspects of Human Resource Managment. We are an active network, consisting of approximately 6000 professionals from both small and large organisations, whithin the private and public sector. Our main purposes are exchanging experiences and network building. Our activities mainly take place in our local networks.
