Olof Sandstedt has a strong background in financial stability and analysis. Olof began their career at SEB in 2003, where they worked in Operations, Middle Office, and Market Risk Control until 2005. Olof then joined JP Morgan as an Associate, specializing in Interest Rates Risk Analysis until 2007. After that, they moved to Sveriges riksbank, where they held various roles including Economist & Adviser from 2007 to 2010, Head of Banking Analysis Division from 2010 to 2015, Deputy Head of Financial Stability Department from 2015 to 2017, and finally Head of Financial Stability Department from 2017 until the present time.
Olof Sandstedt obtained a Master of Science - MS in Business Administration from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg, which they attended from 1997 to 2002. In 2007, they also received a certification as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute.
