Nick Harding

Nick Harding is the current Director of Data Sciences at SVEXA. Nick has also served as a Senior Data Scientist at TopMD precision medicine, where they developed biological pathway led biomarkers to improve population health via improved diagosis and prognosis. Prior to that, Nick was a Principal Bioinformatician at the University of Oxford from 2014 to 2021. There, they were responsible for the analysis of microarray data and the development of bioinformatics tools to identify somatic mutations in prostate cancer. From 2011 to 2014, Nick worked as a PDRF: Informatics and Biocomputing at the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research, where they were responsible for the analysis of microarray data and the development of bioinformatics tools to identify somatic mutations in prostate cancer. Nick has also worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst at CNIB, where they were responsible for the analysis of fundraising data, including identifying highest performing individuals and high performing regions in proportion to average income and population.

Nick Harding has a Ph.D. in Bayesian Network Models in Epidemiology from The University of Manchester, an M.Sc in Genetic Epidemiology from The University of Sheffield, and a B.A. (Hons) in Biological Sciences from University of Oxford.
