Andrii Lytvynenko

Andrii Lytvynenko started their work experience as a Technical Specialist at iHelper in 2009 and worked there until 2012. After that, they joined STEP IT Academy as a Teacher from 2012 to 2014. Andrii then worked as a Software Developer at SysGears from 2014 to 2015, followed by a role as a Software Developer at Capricorn Techs from 2015 to 2015. From 2015 to 2018, Andrii worked as a Full stack Software Developer at Peace Revolution. In 2019, they worked as a Senior Big Data Engineer at Advanced Open Systems, Inc. from February to August, and then as a Senior Big Data Engineer at BITROCK from 2019 to 2020. In 2021, they became a Senior Scala Engineer at AOG.jobs. Currently, they are working as a Senior Scala Big Data Engineer at Svitla Systems, Inc. since July 2022. In their most recent role, they implemented major features and enhancements for the ESG performance and risk management software called Sphera, such as optimizing data retrieval for faster reporting and introducing emissions analysis based on company share.

Andrii Lytvynenko completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Computer Academy "Step" from 2004 to 2007. Andrii then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from Dnipro University of Technology, graduating in 2013. In 2010, Andrii attended the Training Center "Key" to study psychology, specializing in the field for two years. Currently, Andrii is enrolled at Akademia Nauk Stosowanych Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania i Administracji w Opolu, where they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Personnel management and psychology in business, expected to be completed between 2022 and 2024.
