Inna Balanyuk

Inna Balanyuk has extensive experience in the field of recruitment. Inna currently works as a Senior IT Recruiter at Svitla Systems, Inc. since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Wargaming as a Recruiter from September 2017 to February 2021. Before their time at Wargaming, they were employed at Luxoft as a Recruiter from July 2013 to August 2016. Inna also worked at a Recruitment Agency as a Recruiter from July 2012 to June 2013. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for various recruitment tasks such as candidate sourcing, interviewing, assessing candidates, coordinating meetings with clients, and making reports.
