John Joyce has extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. John currently serves as the Managing Director at SVN Chicago Industrial and SVN Chicago Commercial, where they deliver professional real estate services and conducts financial and market analysis for clients. Prior to this, they worked at Newmark Knight Frank Epic as an Owner and Managing Principal, providing comprehensive real estate solutions to prominent corporations and investors. John also served as the President of the Illinois CCIM Chapter and held the position of First Vice President at CBRE. John is a member of CCIM and is recognized as an expert in the field.

John Joyce, CCIM SIOR received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington. John attended the university from 1985 to 1988.
