Valerie Hough

Valerie Hough OALA, CSLA, is a seasoned landscape architect with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Landscape Architect at SvN Architects + Planners since May 2021, Valerie previously worked at FORREC from September 2019 to May 2021, contributing to various international and local projects, including residential developments and theme parks. Earlier roles include Landscape Architect at Lashley + Associates Corporation and at MMM Group, where Valerie was involved in a range of projects encompassing site design, cost estimation, and master planning. Valerie began their career as a lifeguard and swim instructor, gaining valuable teamwork and instructional skills. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Guelph, obtained in 2013.
