Guillaume Hannezo

Mr. Hannezo is a member of SVP funds’ Advisory Council and is primarily involved in furthering the European franchise.

In his previous career, Mr. Hannezo worked as a Partner in Global Financial Advisory at Rothschild & Cie, after merging into Rothschild the M&A advisory boutique he founded in 2003. He previously acted as the Chief Financial Officer at Vivendi Universal, the Chief Financial Officer at Assurances Generales de France, and the Economic Advisor to the French President.

Mr. Hannezo is a former “Inspecteur des Finances” from the Ministery of Finances in France, and graduated from Ecole Normale Supérieure and Ecole Nationale d’Administration. He is also the chairman of YouAreCapital, a M&A mid cap advisory boutique headquartered in Barcelona, Spain, and an associate professor at Ecole Nornale Supérieure in Paris, France.
