Martha Lopez

Martha Lopez is an accomplished Quality Assurance professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across the banking and financial services sectors. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Delivery Manager at Bank of America since July 2020, Martha previously held the position of QA Test Manager at Scotiabank from January 2012 to April 2020, where significant contributions included managing testing for the ADMS Program and functional testing for cheque image processing. Martha's career also encompasses roles as Quality Assurance Lead at ResMor Trust Company and QA Manager at Fidelity Information Services, among others, demonstrating expertise in quality management, test planning, and problem-solving.
