Kerry Price

Kerry Price currently serves as the Head of Tax Structuring at Strategic Value Partners since December 2023. Previously, Kerry Price held various senior roles at CPP Investments, including Managing Director and Director of Tax, between August 2019 and December 2023. Prior experience includes positions at Bank of America from September 2013 to August 2019, where Kerry Price worked as a Director & Tax Executive and as a Senior Tax Advisor. Earlier in the career, Kerry Price was an Associate in the Tax Practice at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from October 2009 to September 2013 and contributed to the Open Society Initiative for East Africa at Open Society Foundations from January 2004 to August 2006. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Civilization from Yale University, a Juris Doctor in Tax Law from the University of Virginia School of Law, a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law (expected 2024), and a Certificate from Bard College's Globalization & International Affairs Program.
