Sarah Pillmore

Prior to joining SVP, Ms. Pillmore had senior roles in human resources in various sectors, including financial services, healthcare, and tech companies, including the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Hirtle Callaghan. In the healthcare space, she supported Vaccitech as it scaled from 30-300 people in 30 days during the global COVID-19 pandemic while raising capital. She has also worked with Oxford Sciences Innovation on all aspects of People across their portfolio. In the technology space, Ms. Pillmore led all aspects of Human Capital for two of Expedia’s premier brands, Hotwire and CarRentals.com as well as Diversity and Inclusion for Expedia globally.

Ms. Pillmore received a BS in Accounting from Villanova University, and both her MS in Industrial Organizational Psychology and her MBA from La Salle University.
