Shaquille Williams

Shaquille Williams is a consultant at SW Systems Consulting since February 2025, focusing on optimizing inventory management processes for businesses in various industries such as eCommerce, retail, manufacturing, and distribution. Prior to this role, Shaquille served as Customer Relations Manager II and Customer Relations Manager at Finale Inventory from September 2022 to February 2025. Before that, experience includes working as Information System Manager at EMB Phones from August 2017 to September 2022, where responsibilities involved analyzing changes in third-party services and implementing necessary system improvements, as well as leading the customer service team as Support Team Lead.
