Sujith Ail has a background working in various roles ranging from internships to editorial positions in companies such as Printmann offset Pvt. Currently, Sujith is the Assistant Manager - Strategy and Operations at Swades Foundation, utilizing experience from leading projects such as the digital skilling initiative for women entrepreneurs and Self Help Groups (SHGs) across seven states.
