Rhonda Vaji

Rhonda Vaji has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Operations Supervisor at Swagelok since 2017, where responsibilities include collaborating with business leaders to develop HR strategies that align with organizational goals. Prior to this, Vaji worked for Rockwell Automation from 2000 to 2017 in various HR roles, including Functional Senior Human Resources Business Partner, supporting global Engineering Services and Quality functions, and Senior Human Resources Lead for the Twinsburg manufacturing site, focusing on staffing and employee relations. Vaji holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Malone University.
