Lisa McCorquodale

Lisa McCorquodale is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in HR leadership and generalist support. Currently serving as a Recruiter, Human Resources Director, and Human Resources Manager at Swagelok Southeast Texas since August 2015, Lisa partners with leadership to develop talent pipelines and enhance organizational culture. Previously, as a Human Resources Manager at TPC Group from November 2008 to February 2015, Lisa supported 350 employees and collaborated with operational leadership to develop policies and programs. Additionally, Lisa spent 16 years at LyondellBasell as a Sr. Labor Relations Consultant, providing support for 600-900 employees and advising on staffing and employee relations. Lisa holds a certification in Dental Assisting from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
