Robert Mrima

Robert Mrima serves as the Director of Research and Development and Finance Manager at Swahilipot Hub Foundation since January 2017. As the Founder of UtafitiData Hub, established in January 2019, Robert focuses on providing market intelligence and capacity building for startups and MSMEs across Africa. Co-founding Roka Bags Africa in January 2020, Robert has also contributed as a Community Champion for Mozilla's Common Voice Project from January 2022 to December 2023, promoting awareness and facilitating community engagement. Additionally, Robert held the position of Member Engagement Advisor at ASSEK from May 2022 to May 2023. Previous roles include Research Assistant at multiple organizations and Accountant at Habo Group Of Companies. Robert holds a CPA from Vision Institute of Professionals and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from Egerton University.
