Jeff Conwell

Jeff Conwell has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 1996, they worked as a Sales Specialist at the United States Postal Service, successfully selling package shipping and electronic billing services to medium to large commercial customers. Jeff later transitioned to the role of Sales Analyst, where they led a national sales analytics team and supported the implementation of Commission Based Compensation for USPS sales employees. In 2008, Jeff joined GSA as a Management and Program Analyst/IT Specialist, where they excelled in leading the design, development, and implementation of cost-effective business solutions. During their time at GSA, they demonstrated a personal commitment to helping customers maximize their investment through meticulous research and successful solution implementation. Jeff's most recent role is as Deputy Program Manager at Swain Techs, which they have held since 2017.

Jeff Conwell attended the Harvard Kennedy School, where they completed the Senior Executive Fellows Program in Government Leadership. Jeff also obtained a certificate in Sr. FAC PPM - 301 Program Project Management from the Federal Acquisition Academy.
