Dave Thomas

Dave Thomas has extensive work experience in local government, specifically with Swale Borough Council. Dave started in 2002 as the Head of ICT and Customer Service, overseeing systems development, support, and infrastructure management. Additionally, they were responsible for customer service, including the establishment of the customer service center. In 2010, they were promoted to Head of Commissioning & Customer Contact, where they took on a broader role, overseeing contracted services such as waste collection, street cleaning, and leisure services, as well as corporate commissioning and procurement.
