Paula Ambridge MCIPD

Paula Ambridge MCIPD started their work experience as an HR Advisor at Home Retail Group PLC in 1996. Paula worked there until 2006. In 2006, Paula joined Quadron Property Services as an HR Manager until 2009. Next, they worked as an HR Manager at Lancer Scott from 2009 to 2010. Since 2010, Paula has been working at Swallowfield plc, starting as a Group HR Manager and currently holds the role of Group HR Director. In this role, they are responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies to support the achievement of business objectives and overseeing all aspects of HR within the group.

Paula Ambridge MCIPD completed an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management at Bridgwater College from 2011 to 2013.
