Thomas KRUMPE

Thomas KRUMPE has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. Their most recent position is as the Head of Operations at Swan, where they have been since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Support and Integration at Swan from July 2021 to May 2022. Before joining Swan, Thomas was a Technical Account Manager at Swan from January 2021 to July 2021.

In 2020, they worked at Sector as a Project lead/developer, where they were responsible for leading and developing a web-based voting system. Thomas handled technical updates and customer requests for new features.

From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Augment SAS, first as a Client Relations Director and later as a Support Manager. In their role as Client Relations Director, they were responsible for bridging the gap between customers and the company's various departments, including R&D and marketing. Thomas also managed KPI analysis and ensured SLA compliance. As a Support Manager, they oversaw all customer processes and implemented a ticketing solution.

Prior to Augment SAS, Thomas worked at Analog Way as a Customer Service Engineer, where they managed customer relations and implemented certification programs. Thomas also represented the company at trade shows.

In 2013, they briefly worked at KRONO-SAFE as a Field Application Engineer, focusing on client relationships and strategic analysis for a research project in the railway industry.

Thomas started their career as a Research Engineer at CEA in 2012. Before that, they served as an Apprentice Engineer at Delphi from 2009 to 2012 and as an Apprentice Technician at BROTHER FRANCE from 2007 to 2009.

Thomas KRUMPE attended the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2012, they studied at Polytech Sorbonne and obtained a Master's degree (diplôme d'ingénieur) in Electronic and computer sciences. Before pursuing their Master's degree, Thomas also attended Polytech Sorbonne from 2007 to 2009, where they completed a DEUST in Electronic and computer sciences.
