Shannon Smith

Shannon Smith is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as Vice President Human Resources at Swanson Group Inc since August 2015. Prior to this, Shannon worked as the Regional Human Resources Manager at ARAUCO - North America (Flakeboard) from 2007 to 2015, and as the Human Resources Manager at Weyerhaeuser from 2005 to 2007. Shannon provides HR leadership across multiple operations, ensures compliance with employment law and company policies, and partners with business leadership to develop HR policies. Shannon holds a degree from Oregon State University.
