Ney Castro

Ney Castro is an experienced professional in the Web3 space, currently serving as the Vice President at Swanston Labs since March 2024. Prior to this role, Ney Castro founded and served as CEO of a stealth Web3 startup acquired by Swanston Labs in early 2024. In 2022, Ney Castro co-created the Hoopers United NFT collection, which is recognized as the first Official WNBPA mission-based NFT collection. From 2019 to 2022, Ney Castro co-founded and held the position of Director of Finance at Blockchain Almanac. Previous experience includes roles as Regional Vice President at Advisors Asset Management, Inc., AVP Regional Consultant at AllianceBernstein, and a banker position at JPMorgan Chase. Ney Castro began a professional career as a stock broker at E1 Asset Management. Ney Castro holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Wesleyan University.
