Ooi Lai Soon has extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain at Swap Asia since August 2016. Prior to this role, Ooi held the position of Head of Supply Chain at Brightstar Corp. from August 2016 to December 2021, where responsibilities included inventory planning, demand and supply planning, distribution resource planning, and S&OP. Additional experience includes serving as Manager of Distribution Planning at Avon from August 2013 to July 2016, Supply Chain Assistant Manager at CNI from October 2011 to July 2013, and as a Purchasing professional at Euro-Trend Components (M) Sdn Bhd from April 2007 to October 2011.
