Veronica Steeven has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Veronica is currently the Head of Legal at Swap Asia, a position they have held since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Legal Manager at Muhibbah Engineering (M) BHD. from October 2018 to May 2021. Before that, they were a Partner at K.V. Ong, Chua & Partners from April 2016 to October 2018. Veronica also has experience as a Managing Partner at Veronica & Co. from July 2012 to March 2016. Veronica began their legal career as an Advocate & Solicitor at Nik Hussain & Partners from June 2010 to June 2012, and prior to that, they worked at Ghazali Ariff & Partners from June 2009 to June 2010. Veronica'searly career experience includes working as an Advocate & Solicitor at PS Sohanpal & Sidhu from May 2007 to May 2009.

Veronica Steeven completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Legal Practice from the Legal Profession Qualifying Board, Malaysia, in the year 2007.
