The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Practice Head for our Low Code development platforms. This role is critical in driving our digital transformation solutions, utilizing platforms such as Power Apps, OutSystems, Neptune, Mendix, and Appian. The ideal candidate will bring a robust industry background, strategic vision, and the ability to lead our Low Code practice to new heights.

Responsibilities

Lead and expand the Low Code practice, aligning with business goals and technological advancements. Develop strategic plans for the deployment and utilization of Low Code platforms to enhance client projects. Manage a team of developers and architects, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement. Oversee project lifecycle from conception to deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Low Code solutions with other business systems and technologies. Act as a thought leader, staying ahead of Low Code technology trends and contributing insights on improvements and innovations. Cultivate strong relationships with platform vendors and oversee training and certification programs for the team. Ensure the highest standards of security and compliance are maintained in all development practices. Qualifications

15+ years of relevant industry experience, with a focus on Low Code platforms such as Power Apps, OutSystems, Neptune, Mendix, and Appian. Proven track record of leading technology teams and delivering high-impact software solutions. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive technical excellence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing client relationships and stakeholder expectations. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Certifications in relevant Low Code platforms are highly preferred. Why Join Us?
