Max Hatzenbichler

Max Hatzenbichler currently serves as the Team Lead Group Tax (Head of Tax) at SWARCO since November 2023. In addition, Max has been an author for the BFG Journal at Linde Verlag Ges.m.b.H. since January 2021 and has served as a Milizsoldat in the Österreichisches Bundesheer since November 2018. Max has a long-standing position as a permanent employee at MANZ'sche Verlags- und Universitätsbuchhandlung GmbH since 2011. Previous roles include Head of Tax at PLAION from February 2023 to December 2023, Senior Tax Manager at INNIO Group from January 2021 to February 2023, and International Tax Manager at EGGER Group from January 2019 to January 2021. Earlier positions held include Senior Associate at Grant Thornton Unitreu GmbH and BDO, as well as Associate at Grant Thornton. Max Hatzenbichler obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) in Wirtschaftsrecht from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) between 2006 and 2014.
