Anja Cserveny-Hiebel

Anja Cserveny-Hiebel is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Co-Founder at SiNN.WOHL since September 2023. With ongoing tenure at D. Swarovski KG beginning in February 2011, Anja has held roles including Global Talent, Learning & Culture Manager, Organizational Development Manager, and HR Manager. Previous experience includes positions as Trainer and Coach at Akifair - Arbeitskräfte Initiative (2009 - 2011) and Head of Human Resources at Barracuda - Phion AG (2007 - 2008). Anja's educational background includes a Master of Philosophy from the University of Vienna, along with various coaching certifications and conflict management training from reputable organizations. Currently, Anja is furthering studies at the Akademie der Positiven Psychologie.
