David Julián

Head Of Global Facility Management at Swarovski

David Julián has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. David started their career in 2003 as an Administrative Assistant in the accounting and production department at Patatas Bonet. In 2004, they joined Personal Script as a Logistics Manager, where they were responsible for establishing procedures and managing the complete logistics chain. David contributed to doubling sales for three consecutive years and implemented an ERP system. Since 2007, they have been working at SWAROVSKI, starting as an Infrastructure Manager and eventually assuming roles such as Head of Operations & Merchandising and Global Facility Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Global Facility Management.

David Julián has a diverse education history. David obtained a diploma in Facility Management from Escola Sert in 2021. In 2014, they pursued a degree in Management International Procurement from IQS Barcelona. David also attended the Swarovski Academy in 2012, where they completed a program in Advanced Leadership. In 2011, they earned a Master's degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from EADA Business School and completed a course in Strategic Negotiation from Universitat Pompeu Fabra. In 2009, they completed the Initial Leadership Program at Swarovski SALT and attended Krauthammer International in 2008 for a program in Leadership-Management. David'seducation journey began with a Licenciatura in Economics from Universitat de Barcelona, where they studied from 1994 to 2002. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies from Emeritus in 2023.
