Harry Eisenberger has a extensive background in the design and jewelry industry. Harry began their career in 1992 at Juwelier Fochtmann, where they worked as a Jeweler and eventually became the Head Designer until 2000. From 2001 to 2003, they served as the Head of Jewelry workshop at Tarasin Jewelers. Harry then moved to Tiffany & Co. in 2003 to work in the Design workshop until 2005. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as the Head Designer at Henri Bendel. Eisenberger then joined Victoria's Secret as a Designer from 2009 to 2011. Harry then transitioned to Ralph Lauren, where they held the position of Head of Design from 2011 to 2013. Currently, Eisenberger is working at SWAROVSKI as the Head of the Design Department, a role they have held since 2013.

From 1992 to 2001, Harry Eisenberger pursued a Master's Degree in Goldsmithing.
