Kristina Abramenkova has had extensive experience in the marketing and communications field. Kristina started their career at L'Occitane en Provence Россия, where they served as Head of Communications from March 2010 to September 2012. Kristina then joined Avon as Head of Product PR & Social Media in Russia & Eastern Europe from September 2012 to September 2013. Since 2013, Kristina has been employed at Swarovski as a Communications Manager and later as Head of Marketing. In their current role at Swarovski, they have led the marketing team and played a crucial role in the brand transformation from premium to attainable luxury. Kristina has successfully established local marketing processes, conducted strategic planning, and overseen the execution of various marketing activities. Kristina has achieved impressive results, including building an effective marketing team, achieving high UBA among international brands, and successfully launching Swarovski's e-commerce business in Russia. Additionally, they have managed media negotiations, initiated third-party media support, and contributed to significant ROMI and sales growth.

Kristina Abramenkova attended the Università Bocconi in 2022, where they completed a course in Decoding Attainable Luxury. In 2019, they enrolled in the Driving Performance Program at Hult Ashridge, studying Business Administration and Management. From 2005 to 2008, they studied at the University of Derby, and from 2002 to 2005, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sport, Leisure & Events Management at the Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland.
