Ronald KWOK has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Ronald started their career in 2005 as a Marketing Manager and Nutritionist at MENCE Skincare Center, where they managed the brand, trained salespeople, developed the business overseas, and launched new skincare products. In 2008, they joined 7-Eleven as a Category Manager. From 2013 to 2022, Ronald worked at L'Oréal in various roles, including Product Manager, Group Product Manager, APAC Marketing Manager, and International Marketing Director. Ronald worked on brand development, business growth, and digital content creation. Since 2022, they have been working at SWAROVSKI, where they have held positions such as Global Product Development Marketing Manager and Global Go to Market Senior Manager. Ronald is currently serving as the Global VP and Head of Brand Management.

Ronald Kwok completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Food & Nutritional Science at The University of Hong Kong from 2002 to 2005. Ronald then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Marketing at The Chinese University of Hong Kong from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained several certifications in various fields, including The Inside LVMH Certificate, Inspirational Leadership: Leading with Sense, Strategic Management Professional Certificate, Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies, Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, and Introduction to Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
