Ruchi Kapur

Ruchi Kapur currently serves as the Managing Director of Finance & Administration at Swarovski, a position held since September 2013. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Finance & IT at Metro Cash and Carry from January 2011 to June 2013 and various roles at GlaxoSmithKline between January 2001 and December 2010, including Financial Controller and Regional Finance Manager for North. Ruchi began a career in finance at DCM Shriram Consolidated Ltd as an Assistant Manager from 1997 to 1999. Academically, Ruchi is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, holds a Licentiate degree in General Insurance from the Insurance Institute of Insurance - India, and possesses an MBA in Finance & Control from Delhi University, along with a B Com (Hons) from Sri Venkateswara College, where Ruchi was the University Topper in Commerce. Early education was completed at the Convent of Jesus and Mary in New Delhi.
