Stefanie Seidel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. From 2006 to 2008, they worked at Handl Tyrol GmbH as a Project Manager, Product Manager, and Head of Customer Service. In 2008, they joined HOFER KG as a Sales Manager until 2010. Stefanie then moved to SWAROVSKI in 2011 as a Business Support Manager, and later became the Head of Business Operations. From 2018 onwards, they took on the role of Head of Customer Service CEEMEA at SWAROVSKI, where they were responsible for leading and developing the Customer Service Team, optimizing processes, and ensuring excellent service across all sales channels. Stefanie also had involvement in various projects and acted as the orchestrator for store openings, relocations, and refurbishments.

Stefanie Seidel completed their Master's degree in "International Economic and Business Studies" and "Business Administration" at Universität Innsbruck from 2001 to 2006. During this time, they studied Marketing, Service management and Tourism, Human Resources, Banking & Finance. In 2003-2004, Stefanie studied at EM Strasbourg Business School, focusing on French and European Management. In 2005, they also took part in an Asian Studies Program at Hanoi University of Science and Technology and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, where they learned about the political, economical, and social situation in Vietnam.
