Theodor Dragoi

Theodor Dragoi has held various roles in different companies. Theodor started their career at Procter & Gamble in 2008, where they worked as a Supply Chain Project Manager, Supply Planning Manager, Customer Service and Accounts Receivable Senior Manager, and Regional Distribution Center Senior Manager for South East Europe. In 2014, they joined Presslabs as the Head of Operations before returning to Procter & Gamble in 2016. At Procter & Gamble, they served as the Demand & Supply Planning Director and later as the Commercial Supply Chain & Data Analytics Director for South East Europe. Theodor then moved on to become the Warehousing Operations Director for Europe. Since 2022, Theodor Dragoi has been working at SWAROVSKI, initially as the Global Logistics Warehousing Director and currently as the Global Logistics Warehousing, Transportation & Customs Senior Director.

Theodor Dragoi obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Politechnics University of Bucharest between 2004 and 2009. Prior to that, they attended Al Odobescu Highschool Pitesti from 2000 to 2004, where they studied Informatics Technology. In addition, they hold certifications in Duolingo English Fluency: Business Proficiency and Duolingo German Fluency: Elementary, obtained in 2016 from Duolingo.
