Vilas Wagh

Vilas Wagh has a diverse work experience, starting from 2001 as a Production Engineer at Weiler International Electronics Private Limited. In this role, they were responsible for production planning, handling manpower, and troubleshooting shop floor problems. After working there for five years, they joined Swarovski in 2007 as an Executive Production. Their responsibilities included effective planning and coordination with production teams, forecasting future requirements, and ensuring better coordination. Vilas later advanced to the role of Senior Executive Production/Lead after Sales Service Activities across PAN India at Swarovski. In this role, they were in charge of completing manufacturing processes, coordinating the production line, planning orders, maintaining quality standards, developing production schedules, and managing supervisors.

Vilas Wagh completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a focus on Operations Management from the Indian School of Business Management and Administration in 2011. Prior to that, between 1997 and 2000, they pursued a Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication at TMES's J.T.Mahajan College of Engineering, Faizpur.
