Ashley Nicole Roberts

Ashley Nicole Roberts, PHR, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Talent Management at Swarthmore College since January 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing HR activities related to employee relations, onboarding, and recruitment. Prior to this role, Ashley worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Montgomery College from May 2017 to January 2021, managing a variety of HR functions and mediating between management and union members. Previous experience includes being an HR Specialist at Children's Choice, Inc., and an HR Assistant in Career Services at La Salle University, where guidance was provided to undergraduates and alumni in job placements. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from La Salle University, a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Strayer University, and a Doctor of Leadership in Organizational Leadership from Hood College.
