Ganesh Raman

Ganesh Raman is a Chartered FCIPD professional with extensive experience in organizational development and talent management. Currently serving as the Assistant Director (Head) of OD & Talent Management at Dubai Properties since June 2023, Ganesh previously held the position of AVP (Head) of Performance Management at ALDAR, where responsibilities included implementing a new performance management process across the organization. With a strong background in leading digital transformation and L&D functions at Petrofac from 2008 to 2022, notable achievements include managing the global implementation of integrated systems affecting over 13,000 employees, as well as driving cost-saving initiatives and organizational restructuring. Previous roles span various training and consulting capacities, demonstrating expertise in leadership development, talent management, and learning strategies across multiple industries. Ganesh holds an MBA in Finance and Systems from Alliance Business Academy.
