Beth Glassman

Beth Glassman, JD, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President for Human Resources at Swarthmore College, where responsibilities include leading the Human Resources function and promoting a high-performing, inclusive culture. Previous experience encompasses roles such as Interim Chief Human Resources Officer at Union College and Human Resources Business Consultant at BRG, advising various clients on HR assessments, talent management, and leadership training. Glassman held prominent positions at Widener University as Chief Human Resources Officer, Brandywine Realty Trust as Vice President Human Resources, and Duff & Phelps as Director Human Resources for North America.
