Bindu Kolli Jayne

Bindu Kolli Jayne is an experienced Title IX consultant and coordinator currently serving at Swarthmore College since July 2018 and as a founding partner at Sage Education Consulting since September 2023. With a robust background in equity, diversity, and compliance, Bindu has previously held significant roles including Assistant Vice President of Equity and Diversity at Rowan University, and Associate Vice Chancellor for Equity, Diversity & Compliance at Appalachian State University. Bindu began a legal career as an associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and has also served in leadership positions at the University of Delaware. Bindu holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, bringing a comprehensive legal and educational perspective to policy development and compliance strategies in higher education.
