Mark Detterline

Mark Detterline is an experienced professional in admissions and educational outreach, currently serving as the Senior Assistant Dean of Admissions and Director of Selection at Swarthmore College since September 2021. Previously, Mark held multiple positions in admissions at Albright College from July 2017 to September 2021, including Assistant Director of Admission. Mark also contributed as a Board Member for the Reading School District from December 2019 to December 2023. Other roles include admission counselor and assistant swim coach, showcasing a commitment to student engagement and community initiatives. Mark earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Lehigh University and a Master of Arts in Education from Albright College.
