Richard Green

Richard Green is an accomplished professional in the food service industry with extensive leadership experience. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Dining Services at Swarthmore College since January 2022, Richard has previously held significant roles such as Director of Operations at SodexoMAGIC and District Manager at Trinity Service Group Inc. Richard has a strong background in managing large-scale food service operations, exemplified by a tenure as General Manager at Sodexo, where responsibilities included overseeing a $30 million operation at a major urban university. Additionally, Richard directed premium services at ARAMARK, managing high-profile food and beverage operations at NFL and MLB venues. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Penn State University.
