Windsor Jordan

Windsor Jordan is an experienced admissions professional currently serving as the Associate Dean of Admissions and Director of Access and Equity at Swarthmore College since August 2013, with a focus on multicultural recruitment and equity initiatives. Possessing a Master's degree in American Studies from Lehigh University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology, along with Black Studies from Swarthmore College, Windsor's scholarly work examines black popular culture and its intersections with societal norms. Prior to Swarthmore, Windsor contributed to Lehigh University as a Senior Assistant Dean of Admissions and worked extensively in the realm of youth engagement through chess programs at ASAP/After School Activities Partnerships, including overseeing one of the largest chess communities in the nation.
